This beachfront cape-style home reimagines your quintessential Lowcountry beach house. Coffered ceilings, arched cased openings, and intricate molding establish a sense of grandeur, while the second-floor living spaces offer unobstructed views of the ocean and mature greenery.

The interiors embrace the home's formal features while introducing new purpose: an airy, inspired retreat designed for moments of respite and entertaining. By honoring the home’s location, inherent grandeur, and our clients' vision, we created living spaces that embody Kiawah Island's serene sense of place and the homeowners' eye for cutting-edge finishes.

The home's architectural elements are balanced with contemporary yet casual furnishings and finishes, creating a feeling of relaxed luxury throughout the home’s 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 5 entertaining spaces. 

Custom furniture and commissioned art pieces from local and international artisans were inspired by South Carolina’s flora & fauna. Varying in medium and aesthetic, pieces were curated to stand alone and blend together in harmonious juxtaposition. Our client's thoughtful collection of abstract works from family members and international female artists further enriches the aesthetic range.
